The 10 Day Gratitude Challenge
Let’s face it, life can sometimes be rough. At one time or another many of us may go through job loss, moving, a relationship challenge, the passing of a friend or family member, or deal with illness. Beyond these major events though, even just regular every day life with its ups and downs can sometimes get you down.

Practice Gratitude.
Trying the 10 day gratitude challenge:
Find a note pad.
Pick an easy time of day (maybe before bed or right when you wake up.) Think of just one thing you are grateful for and write it down on your notepad. This can even be a very small thing - sometimes the smallest things can actually matter the most!
Do this every day for 10 days. To make it really work, you have to commit to this and really stick to doing it each and every day.
At the end of the 10 days, pick a quiet moment and read your list back to yourself. You might be surprised to find how supported in life you really are and how many truly wonderful things there are in your life. While admittedly this may not change a current struggle, it can help change your perspective and support you to move through life events with less stress and a little more ease and grace.
